Haute Couture is a 9 year old reserve for the KWPN team for the Olympics in Tokyo. My partner Dana Hewett and I were able to secure Haute Couture for our client, Katherine Batreson, who was looking for her next International competition partner.
Katherine rode Haute Couture in the Netherlands back in October. This partnership was perfect from the first ride, and it is so exciting to have played a part in bringing this exceptional mare to the United States for Katherine who has the hoal of qualifying for the US Dressage Team at the World Equestrian Games.
Dana and I have done this many times in the past, finding the right horse for clients, relying on relationships developed, and sourcing horses that 100% meet the requirements of our clients, stressing soundness, temperament and athletic ability as well as choosing horses that are classically trained and easy to ride.
